Daniel Sköld

Daniel Sköld – CEO Finishing university, Daniel joined MTG as an analyst and became Marketing Director for TV3 at the age of 25. Before leaving he was also Head of Marketing for all the groups TV channels and COO for PayTV and Viasat. He then switched between being a senior marketing consultant and assignments as Marketing Director for online companies as Tiscali and Unibet. Daniel left the position as CEO for Digitas Sweden to create Morgenland. He also has a degree in cinematic studies which he claims gives authority on what movies are just “crap”.

Niclas Stang

Niclas Stang – Account Director Niclas is an experienced marketing strategist that gets things done. After education at the Stockholm School of Economics he created the marketing and research department for MTG Radio and then went on to SPRAY. Then he switched sides and continued as consultant on different Brand-, PR- and AD agencies. Niclas broad competence covers the marketing chain from strategy, planning to the implementation of creative concepts. He can talk about this as long as he likes to talk about Duga – the sailing yacht he uses to cruise the Swedish archipelago with (when it’s not in repairs).

Stefan Hansen – Tech Director Stefan is born and raised on a farm. Maybe his broad and deep technological skills is some sort of compensation for this. He is humble enough to never brag but we can testify to his uncanny ability to find simple, innovative and smart ways to solve complicated requests. Before he joined Morgenland he was the CEO and CTO of Webbstory and also been Head of Web and Video and marketing consultant to Arvika Festival. Stefan is the kind of person who can look at raw code and spontaneously say “oh, this is so very nice”.

Pär Axelsson

Pär Axelsson – Creative Lead / Copywriter  A conceptual idea maker with a wide experience from networks such as Brindfors, Ogilvy and Leo Burnett. Pär excels in writing communication platforms for large B2B companies as well as witty lines for companies like IKEA and inspirational prose for Norwegian duvet companies. Pär likes to think of himself as a strategic copywriter – a hard core marketeer at heart with the soul of a haiku poet. He also collects butterflies.
